The mission of the Bethlehem Township School District is to provide each student a comprehensive education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes social and emotional learning, self-discipline, and motivation to achieve their potential. The Bethlehem Township School District partners with parents and the community to assist our students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a global community.

   Board Regular Meeting Wednesday, May 26, 2021

TAKE NOTICE that the Bethlehem Township Board of Education will hold a Board Work Session Meeting to be held virtually instead of live, due to the state of emergency declared in regard to the dangers posed by COVID-19. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will include, as always, a public comment section. Action will be taken. The meeting will be broadcast via conference call and video conference through Zoom. Please see the meeting information below. Registration is preferred but not required.

Protocols for Public Comments at board meeting:

  • Since this meeting is being held by video conference due to the coronavirus pandemic, if the public wishes to attend, they may do so in these ways:
    • by pre-registering via the link provided on the District website or through the School Messenger email to the educational community, or the link and meeting information immediately before the start or by phone using the numbers provided.  Note: you must “raise your hand” to speak during the Public Session.  To raise your hand, (1) on your computer, click the "Raise Hand" button; once it is your turn and you are given access to speak, click 'unmute'  or (2) by phone, on your keypad hit *9; once it is your turn and you are given access to speak, hit *6 to unmute. 

or by sending an email to Mrs. Debra D. Roosen, Board President, at droosen@btschools.org prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  In the subject line, please write “public comment” if you wish for your email to be read verbatim during the public comments section of the meeting. The Board will not read comments that identify students in order to protect students’ privacy.
